Mummy,
Daddy and I went for a holiday to Cairns in October 2002 and these
are just some of the photos.
We actually went to Mossman and stayed at a friends resort where
I was able to play in their pool all day long.
Mummy took me on the Kuranda train trip and I had the chance to
hang out the window and watch the pretty waterfalls |

is a photo of me overlooking the Barron Falls. It has been a little
dry up in Cairns lately so the falls were only trickly, but I was
fascinated by the size and I really enjoyed running through the
rainforest and scaring all the birds!!!!! |

Well, looks
like this bird has got me scared now! Mummy said it is called a
Cassawary Bird. If you ask me any bird that is big enough to eat
me is a dinosaur!

the train is late so I have decided to get to Kuranda by my own
means! It may take some time but I am sure I can make it! |

Daddy is
helping me walk across this wobbly bridge as I cant seem to stand
up straight! This is at the Mossman Gorge and when we were leaving
Mummy nearly made me walk over a snake! Lucky Daddy saw it and was
able to warn us both! |
See Mummy and I are on
the Skyrail Cable Car! I loved the cable car. Every time we stopped
and had to get off to look around the rainforest I kept running
back to the car to get back on!
I enjoyed looking down over the trees. And I loved it when the cable
car went through the junction towers as it made a funny noise! |

Here we
are comming into our drop off point on the cable car! We went on
the skyrail with Ellen and Browne, good friends of Mummy and Daddy's.
Aunty Ellen and Uncle Browne looked after me whilst Mummy and Daddy
did some work when we were in Cairns. We got to have lots of fun
playing in the pool and going for nice walks.
And just to show Uncle Browne how much I miss him I now turn my
little golf stick upside down and use it as a walking stick; just
like Uncle Browne!!! |
